Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are applicable as per airline fare rules and cancellation policies.

  2. Service fees charged by Indus Sky Fares at the time of booking are non-refundable.

  3. Any refund amount is subject to deductions such as airline cancellation charges, service fees, and applicable taxes.

  4. Refunds will be initiated only after receiving confirmation from the concerned airline.

  5. Refund will be processed and credited within 4 business weeks from the date of cancellation, in the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

  6. In case of booking made via third-party payment methods (wallets, EMI, UPI, etc.), the refund timeline may vary as per their process.

  7. Partially used tickets or no-show passengers may receive reduced or no refund depending on airline policy.

  8. Indus Sky Fares is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, banks, or payment gateways
